Pencarrow House and Gardens

A long-term design partnership

We have worked with Pencarrow House and Gardens since 2018, beginning with a new website and gradually taking on a wider range of work as the relationship developed. Today that includes website development and SEO, visitor information, guide books and leaflets, family trails, event promotion and ongoing technical support.

Based just outside Wadebridge, Pencarrow has a strong Georgian character and a long, layered history. The aim has never been to make every piece look identical, but to give very different materials a shared sense of place. Soft colours, restrained typography, illustration and photography carry through the work while each project is shaped around its own audience and purpose.

Design that develops with the estate

Because we work across both digital and print, new projects can build naturally on what is already there. The website continues to evolve with visitor information, events, ticketing, content and SEO improvements, while printed material ranges from the official guide book and tourist leaflets to group literature, family trails and information around the estate.

This long-term relationship also makes the practical side easier. We understand how Pencarrow communicates with visitors, how its events programme works and how the different pieces fit together, so new work can feel connected without having to start again each time.
