Group Visit Leaflet Design for Pencarrow House
Designed for group organisers
As part of our ongoing work for Pencarrow House and Gardens, we designed a six-page DL leaflet specifically for the group travel market. Rather than speaking to individual day visitors, this piece needed to appeal to people planning a visit on behalf of a coach party, club or society.
Photography of the house, interiors and gardens gives organisers a strong sense of the experience, while illustration and comments from previous visitors add some of Pencarrow’s personality. The information is arranged so the practical details are easy to find without the leaflet becoming overly formal or corporate.
Part of Pencarrow’s wider identity
The design develops the visual language we had already established across Pencarrow’s guide book and website, combining photography and illustration with the character of the historic family-owned estate. This keeps the group literature recognisably Pencarrow while allowing it to speak to a different audience.
We also managed the print, taking the leaflet from artwork through to the finished piece. It sits alongside Pencarrow’s tourist attraction leaflet, which has a different purpose and audience but follows the same principle: the way a printed piece will be distributed and used should shape the design from the start.
