Harbour Treats

Harbour Treats is a confectionery and gift shop in Port Isaac, Cornwall. Having created its branding and illustrated views of the village, we were asked to extend the identity across a growing range of gifts that visitors could take home.

The collection began with an illustrated pint glass celebrating the shop’s coastal location. The phrase ‘rolling hills, bobbing boats and salty air’ was combined with hand-drawn anchors, waves and nautical details in the familiar Harbour Treats palette.

We later adapted the artwork for reusable water bottles, creating a range that included village scenes as well as simpler anchor, wave and seaside designs. Each layout was carefully adjusted to work around the curved shape of the bottle.

The same visual language was applied to illustrated tea towels and a reusable jute shopping bag. Typography, seafood, boats, wildlife and views of Port Isaac come together across the range, giving each product its own character while keeping the collection recognisably Harbour Treats.

Every item required artwork prepared for a different material, shape and printing process. The result is a varied but consistent collection that carries the character of Port Isaac from packaging and print into practical, lasting gifts.
