Website Design
The homepage of the Sea Salts and Sail website is a springboard to the rest of the content, featuring a slideshow, the latest news, blog post and quick link feature boxes. The website also promotes crafts, food and artists that are part of the event, as well as displaying past festivals in the gallery.
Website Design
We took inspiration for the design from the silhouetted sails in their logo and chose a muted palette of grey, a dark blue, khaki and the distinctive red of Cornish sails. We used the water reflections and sail shapes for the background to the website, to tie everything together.
Sea Salts and Sail Festival
For the biennial festival in the beautiful Cornish port of Mousehole, we were asked to create this website design. It promotes the famous village and allows visitors to see the boats that will be there, and vessels that have been part of the festival in previous years.
