Sea Salts & Sail Festival

Event Website Design & Digital Programme Access

Sea Salts & Sail Festival is a biennial maritime event set in the historic Cornish port of Mousehole. The committee needed a new website that was easy to navigate, worked smoothly on mobile devices, and captured the traditional character of the festival.

We took visual inspiration from the distinctive red sails, pairing warm maritime colours with a muted palette of slate greys and ocean blues. The site acts as a practical tool for visitors, sailors and stallholders, with clear routes to booking forms, event information and festival documents.

A custom boat directory showcases the classic vessels attending the festival, making it easy for visitors to browse the boats and for the committee to keep entries up to date.

To support the festival’s fundraising, we also added digital programme access. Visitors can buy access online and view the official programme through an interactive flipbook, whether they are planning from home or checking details on their phone at the harbour.
