This is the beautiful new guide book we created for Pencarrow House and Gardens just outside of Wadebridge. We recently updated the brand of this historic house through a new website, adverts and leaflet. Next we turned our attention to the visitor’s guide book.

It was important that the tone of voice matched the rest of the brand and as the existing guide had been added to over the years it didn’t feel consistent and was quite heavy and wordy.  With that in mind we updated the text with a more welcoming tone of voice and chose fresh new photos to better illustrate this characterful house and ancient family.

We carried across the colour palette of putty pinks, creams and dove greys. The text is easy to read with large images throughout.

We print managed this guide book ensuring the quality and finish fitted with this prestigious house. The silk pages feel lovely to touch and are in a heavy weight. The guide features a family tree, an introduction by Lady Molesworth-St Aubyn and a helpful map.

We also help Pencarrow with promoting their events, we designed these posters, flyers and tickets for a rock and roll dance. It was great fun researching the vintage style and illustrating all the elements.
